2014 – new year and new premises for Viteria Fusani srl
Finally, after a year of intense work, last Autumn the new production unit was transferred to the new premises in via stazione 107 bis, always at Valle Lomellina, very close to the historical workshop opened in 1955 . “ A real milestone and a great satisfaction which gives us the energy and courage necessary to reach new objectives especially in these difficult times” said Tino, Gianpiero and Claudio Fusani.
The move was completed in January with the relocation of the offices, so that now the company works from one site having 2400 square metres of covered space for production + offices, for a total of about 3000 sqm within which we retained large green areas as a sign of our focus on the environment.
The company has a staff complement of 20 persons and 45 industrial machines including printers, milling machines and rolling machines. In 2013 (in the former premises) the company worked at full steam with a daily average production of 1,200,000 pieces per day in just one shift.
In 2014 we envisage a similar workload and with the new space available our intention is to increase production capacity by introducing new equipment and machinery which will “simplify” movement and thus optimize production time. The resources of Viteria Fusani are focused on production of special custom designed screws with sizes ranging from M1,6 to M9 for metric screws and Ø 1,6 to Ø 6,3 for various types of self threading screws.
Thermal Treatment
(carbonitriding/case hardening) and for galvanisation processes the company engages carefully selected and vetted external suppliers to ensure that clients are supplied with “ready to use” products.
Viteria Fusani has, since 1998, enjoyed ICEM Quality Control System certification which has in recent years been upgraded in line with ISO 9001:2008 regulations.
