Viteria Fusani boosts productivity by investing in people

Reflecting this vision, the screw manufacturer Viteria Fusani has recently launched a training program focused specifically on team dynamics and effective communication.

Investing in people as a strategic business asset

The project was promoted by ECIPA Lombardia (the training arm of the Italian national craft and small business confederation – CNA) and funded by Fondimpresa (Italy’s interprofessional fund for continuous training). The program features sessions led by specialist Michela Tiramani and involves Viteria Fusani’s staff at all levels.

The initiative aims to further enhance the team dynamics by strengthening tools such as active listening, feedback management, and communication awareness. The ultimate goal is to achieve cross-functional improvements that support both daily operations and the overall workplace atmosphere.

“Real teamwork is possible when each person feels involved, responsible, and actively engaged,” says Isabella Fusani, Marketing and Sales Manager. “This training journey gives us a chance to self-reflect on and actively work on the role of communication in team dynamics. We are learning to better understand how we communicate and identify areas of improvement. We are also learning to question whether we truly know how to listen to others, and acknowledge that words can be interpreted differently by different people. That’s why everyone in the company is involved.”
