Blutref produces wire ropes and cables from 0.5 mm to 40 mm in configurations including 1x7, 1x19, 7x7, 7x19, 6x19+AT, 19x7 non-rotating, 6x36+IWRC and 35x7. The range includes:
- spiral strand ropes and stranded wire ropes in galvanized, stainless steel or bright finish;
- non-rotating wire ropes for lifting equipment, cranes and derricks;
- automotive and window regulator cables, endurance cycle-tested;
- calibrated wire ropes for special applications such as marble cutting operations;
- preformed strands and wire ropes, bare or coated.
The company also develops compacted strand cables for bicycles, motorcycles and automotive applications, push-pull cables with rigid core, helical cables for mechanical linkage and automotive systems, and stainless steel micro-cables for lifeline and safety systems.
Bowden sheaths and push-pull systems
Blutref manufactures Bowden sheaths, laminated sheaths and push-pull systems designed for precise control, smooth operation and long service life.
The range includes:
- sheaths with HDPE, POM, PTFE, and self-lubricating liners;
- reinforced push-pull sheaths with hardened steel wires;
- spiral-wound and laminated sheaths for window regulators;
- Long Lay sheaths for automotive, motorcycle and agricultural machinery applications.
The company also produces flexible shafts for speedometers, tachometers and industrial applications, as well as two-wire sheaths with plastic coating.
Plastic extrusion and custom processing
Blutref also manufactures extruded tubes in HDPE, PA, POM and PTFE, dual-layer coextruded solutions and flexible PVC tubes for sheath protection.
Additional services include:
- cut-to-length processing of wire ropes, cables and tubes;
- die-cast zamak terminals;
- dedicated mold production;
- cable grommets and technical plastic components;
- customized packaging in coils or reels from 100 m.
