Round wire compression springs

Through the use of CNC coiling machines, ISB is able to manufacture cylindrical, conical and biconical compression springs. The diameter of the wire ranges from 0.12mm to 14mm. Thanks to the implementation of automated solutions, the company is able to build prototypes or mass-produce high-quality components, even within tight deadlines.

The products are manufactured upon specific customer’s request; full technical assistance is provided through all the phases of the production, from development to design.

Compression springs are suitable for a variety of fields, such as: automotive, hydraulics, medical, agricultural machinery and industrial automation.

The materials commonly employed include:
- carbon steel, pre-tempered steel, silicon carbide alloyed steel and stainless steel;
- copper, bronze and brass alloys;
- titanium alloys (upon customer’s request).
