Machineshop expanded with new spring-setting and control machines

Mollificio Costanzino has recently introduced two new MicroStudio automatic setting and control machines for compression springs, which will further enhance the quality of its products.



The MC54-1000 is a 100% calibration machine for springs with a max external diameter of 64 mm. The machine enables both setting and parameter control of compression springs: Here are some of the features provided:

- Measurement of length and load
- internal diameter control
- automated loading and unloading
- Fully parameterized



The RDZ500 is a high-speed setting machine for small compression springs. It can be used for both ground and unground springs. Below, some of its features:

- angular orientation of unground springs
- automated loading and unloading
- all parameters are saved in the recipe for fast tool changes
- 1 to 3 stations for length or block setting with brushless motor
