Nuova Defim Orsogril: the winning choice for the Riano Athletic Center

The Riano Athletic Center is a modern sports facility built thanks to the initiative of entrepreneur Tonino Doino on the foundations of the former Coni center. Located on the banks of the Tiber in Riano, the complex hosts several training fields, a swimming pool, and a structure for injuries. Home of the Roma City FC, the third team of the Italian capital, the center is an ambitious project that looks to the future.

Nuova Defim Orsogril was chosen by the client to provide fences that combined functionality and aesthetics and that were in line with the new development plan of the entire sports complex. The choice fell on Recintha Stadium, Recintha N/L, Talia Ventus fences, and the Venustum grid. These products were used in the following applications:

- Recintha Stadium, certified according to the UNI EN 13200 stadium regulations. It was designed for main football fields thanks to its robustness, aesthetics, and the excellent visibility it guarantees to spectators during matches.

- The Recintha N/L and Talia Ventus fences were used to delimit the internal areas of the sports facility and ensure adequate privacy for the outdoor swimming pool.

- The Venustum grid was the fencing of choice for the walkways above the river area of the sports center.

- 0.5 km of Recintha Stadium RST2 from 2430 mm certified UNI EN13200 with Omega post for grounding, RAL 6005;

- 2 swing gates with 2 doors 2480x3300 mm and 1 pedestrian gate 2480x1800 mm coordinated, certified UNI EN 13200, RAL 1018;

- over 300 m of Recintha Stadium RST1 from 2030x2500 mm certified UNI EN 13200 with Omega post for grounding, RAL 6005;

- 2 swing gates with 2 doors 2280x3300 mm and 1 pedestrian gate 2280x1800 mm coordinated and certified UNI EN 13200, RAL 1018;

- 50 m² of Venustum grid 15x100 mm flat 25x2 mm galvanized and banded;

- 50 m of Talia Ventus louvered fence h1596x2000 mm with posts for grounding, painted White RAL 9010 and a matching gate 3300x2000 mm;

- over 0.5 km of Recintha N/L 2230x2000 mm with posts for groundingRAL 6005;

- 50 m of Recintha N/L 1230x2000 mm with posts for grounding, RAL 6005.
