Tecnovo's new reactor

Tecnovo, producing lubricants and auxiliary chemicals for wire drawing and wire processing, has introduced in its production cycle a new machinery designed and built for the production of sodium-based Borax and dust free lubricants. 
The new system guarantees a perfect and homogeneous soap production and allows the formation of a final dust free grain and a very low percentage of residual humidity.  This technical improvements, together with the specific formulation, allow new lubricants to work in a temperature range between 120 and 300°C without generating any carbonization.
