TKT Group: a wave of innovation at wire 2026

TKT Group is delighted to present a wave of new developments at wire 2026, booth 11/A56, as part of its multi-year program of expansion of its product portfolio.

A key driver of growth is the extensive research and development carried out in recent years, including the new collaboration with the University of Milan-Bicocca and investments in new machinery and technologies.

• New high-performance Tecnovo lubricants, developed to meet the technical needs of customers who want to increase the productivity of their production lines
• Evolution in the formulations of Tecnovo's “green” emulsifiable oils, through new additives that improve the bath process in terms of lubrication and drawing performance
• Installation at the Koner plant of a new automatic hydraulic press, with a pressing force of 120 tons to stamp hard metal products up to an external diameter of 120 mm
• Commissioning of a new 5-axis CNC machine for the production of steel and hard metal tools
• Production of various types of drawing dies and custom-designed parts, with sophisticated micro-grains featuring zero porosity and significantly higher compactness and hardness values, while maintaining high standards of toughness
• Wide range of round and shaped dies, supplied in solid hard metal or diamond-coated (nano dies) to significantly increase service life
• D-lab L, the innovative instrument for measuring die diameter and ovality; after its strong success on the global market in recent years, it has been further enhanced with a larger touch screen for improved operator usability and an extremely wide measuring range (0.25 mm - 10 mm)
• New K.80 machines for die polishing and K.14 machines for regrinding internal die geometry
• New line of butt welding machines, efficient, easy to use, and suitable for welding all types of steel wire
• Specialized and professional regrinding services for carbide and polycrystalline diamond dies
• High-performance wiping pads manufactured with specific coating and internal and external lubrication treatments, available for all application types and customer requirements
• Wire and wire rod cleaning brushes ensuring long service life and available in various sizes, types, and materials
• Innovative and integrated solutions, both chemical and mechanical, for wire and wire rod cleaning
• New version of Koner wire pulling dogs, practical, economical, and ergonomic
