Lubricants, greases, and coatings for forging

CONDAT Group offers a variety of forging lubricants for the automotive, aeronautical, railway, and heavy-duty fields. 

Providing high lubricating performance, the corporate solutions aim at increasing the lifetime of the tools as well as the productivity of your lines. They are suited for forging operations performed on hammers, horizontal presses, circular or radial rolling mills, and both mechanical and hydraulic presses.

In detail, CONDAT supplies:

- Water-based lubricants, such as aqueous lubricants with graphite: CONDAFORGE and CONDAFORGE AL;

- Graphite free lubricants: ORAFOR, for steel and stainless steel applications, and ORAFOR AL, for aluminium forging;

- graphite oils and greases;

- coatings based on glass powder, frit, or enamel: CONDAERO, for billets in titanium or alloys based on nickel, cobalt, or chrome, as well as super alloys;

- Protection or pre-coating products for steel, stainless steel, or aluminum heating operations: CONDACOAT;

- for extrusion or backward extrusion of aluminum parts: ORAFOR, based on polymers or soaps;

- for cold calibration operations: the CONDAFORM.
