A revolutionary pickling agent: Descalinox P22 by Condoroil
If, on the one hand, the market for chemical formulations tends increasingly to use standard solutions, on the other, there is Condoroil Chemical: the Italian company develops ad hoc systems for every single application, in order to streamline the inevitable problems before, during and after processing.
In this perspective, the company today presents its latest innovation in the field of electrolytic pickling agents for stainless and high-alloy steels, Descalinox P22*.
This innovative chemical, with pH 1.5 - 2.5 based on organic and inorganic acids, replaces the traditional formulations operating with high concentrations of sulfuric acid. The danger of the new pickling agent is thus drastically reduced compared to similar products: the labeling, in fact, only lists the symbol of irritant, since the corrosive characteristics are missing.
This makes Descalinox P22 a very interesting product, especially for the direct use on steel processing lines, where the risk of contact with the operator is higher.
