CONDORINE SERIES FOR REMOVAL OF PROCESSING OILS
Condorine 105
Removes tough oils from metal such as copper, brass and steel. Its formulation is reach in non-ionic surfactants but with a moderate content of alkalis. It allows to achieve excellent results in terms of emulsifying power towards processing oils without etching the metal surface. The product works at 40-60° - barrel, immersion, ultrasonic and spray – pH at 1% = 12.
Condorine 144CU
Removes processing and rolling oils from copper and brass. The product has two main characteristics: being neutral and containing a very low amount of salts it can be used in monostep lines or where there is no further rinse after degreasing; it grants a perfect degreasing of copper and brass surfaces without etching the base metal and leaving the surface of the material protected and temporarily passivated. Product works at 50-70°C – spray or immersion pH at 1% = 6.2.
CROMATES FREE PASSIVATING
Passivante R300
Prevents oxidation and consequent opacification of copper and brass. This result is obtained without any kind of deposit on the metal surface. The product modifies the superficial structure of the metal without any color or shine change and it keeps unchanged the main characteristics such as solderability and conductivity. Product is cromates free and provides a higher resistance than the chromic treatment. This reaction is not affected by progressive ageing of the bath. Product can be applied as last step without further rinse.
