ELETTRA for in-line electrolytic pickling of stainless steel tubes
ELETTRA is Condoroil’s technology for the in-line electrolytic pickling of welded stainless steel tubes. Integrated directly into the production line, the system is designed to deliver effective pickling and consistent surface quality while ensuring reliable process control.
By optimizing chemical consumption and treatment times, ELETTRA addresses key requirements for stainless steel tube manufacturers looking to improve the efficiency of their production lines.
RESIBED and TAOS for acid and process water recovery
RESIBED is designed for the continuous regeneration of stainless steel pickling baths. By extending bath service life and maintaining consistent process performance, the system can reduce fresh acid consumption and the volume of wastewater requiring treatment and disposal. This can help manufacturers reduce resource consumption and associated operating costs.
TAOS focuses on the recovery and reuse of process water. The technology is designed to significantly reduce both water consumption and wastewater generation, with the potential to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
