Condoroil Chemical presents: CONDORLUBE 1677

Condoroil Chemical has been developed in year 2008 a new research with the aim to substitute the traditional powder product used in the skin passing of the copper wire. This research has brought to a new product, CONDORLUBE 1677, able to neutralize the acidity residuals due to pickling process on copper wire and soldering wire.

This new product also acts like lubricant and brightening agent. The advantages that can be reached using the product are:

- more brightness of the wire;
- longer life of the tank and therefore less disposal;
- less threading die wear. CONDORLUBE 1677 is liquid, odourless, alkaline nature and it does not leave any residual on the wire surface. Moreover it can be dosed on the line through an automatic system that shows in continuous pH of the solution. Usually it is used at a concentration of 5% at room temperature. CONDORLUBE 1677 has been working by several customers for some months granting the above mentioned advantages.

Condoroil is happy to offer to the market a valid and intelligent alternative that, moreover, allows the operator to proceed with a less frequent tank maintenance.
