In order to meet the even more demanding market requests, Condoroil Chemical has developed a new product to make steel tubes straightening easier. This product named CONDORLUBE R200 is an aqueous solution, colourless and ready to use, stable over the time and with a high wetting power. It has also excellent anti rust properties and it reduces at the minimum the formation of sticky lakes and glues in the machine.
CONDORLUBE R200 does not leave any oily saline deposits on the tube surface, it does no etch plastic nor cause incrustations or sludge in the hydraulic circuit.
CONDORLUBE R200 is made by corrosion inhibitors, surfactants and specific lubricant additives and it is compatible with the sanitary and environmental laws.
CONDORLUBE R200 is free of mineral oils, it is not flammable and does not contain any kerosene.
The product is used after proper cleaning of the circuit to be done with a bactericide detergent.
