Condoroil opens new production site for coil coating paints
Following to the strong growth that Condoroil had in the coil field with the supply of chemicals, on April 2014 the construction of a new site for the production of paints used in the coil coating field has been planned.
As first step, research laboratories have been equipped and became operative in September. On March 2015 the production site was inaugurated.
Today the paints division includes a laboratory for research and development, a laboratory workshop for preparing the metal samples, a laboratory for execution of control tests on the paints and on the painted panels, a warehouse for raw materials and, finally, the production site.
The actual yearly capacity is equal to approx 1.000 tons of paints per shift and the production line has been designed to maximize the speed in the realization of batches of 1-2 tons thanks to the installation of a semi-automatic "Colours kitchen".
Today Condoroil can offer:
TOP COAT AND MONOCOUCHE > polyester, polyurethane, polyamide
BACK COAT > epoxy polyester, epoxy
COLOURS: all the RAL range, metallized included
