Condoroil to present new lubricating solutions at wire 2014
At the next edition of Wire & Tube Düsseldorf, as usual there will be some news at Condoroil's booth.
DESCALINOX FAST – the evolution of the “environmentally friendly” nitric free pickling series, developed and patented by Condoroil.
DESCALINOX FAST has a higher pickling speed achieved by the addition of particular additives that act as activator towards the oxide etching. The reduction of pickling time allows to process very tough metals (e.g. Duplex, Superduplex, alloys for electrodes, etc.) in more acceptable times in order to face production growth without any modification of the pickling plant.
PERMANENT COATING – from Condoroil's experience on coil – now also on wires and profiles.
Condorcoat PC series – polymer based product which allows to provide a color with extremely thin coating of approx. 1-2 microns, leaving the metal matrix visible.
Wires can also be further skinpassed.
DESCALINOX TPF – the first pickling product NOT labeled as TOXIC 1 and that does not penalize the speed of treatment. By using this product also large systems are not listed among companies with HIGH RISK (Seveso Law).
