Condoroil widens product range with new release agents and antiadhesives
Thanks to an important cooperation agreement, Condoroil is now in the position to offer to its customers a complete range of releasing agents ranging from traditional solvent based till waterborne of new generation.
Continuous researches combined to the technical knowledge, addressed to test new raw materials to be used in consolidated products, are carried out by the laboratory in order to favor the development of environmentally friendly solutions.
Doing so, tailor-made products are always in development to satisfy the final customer. The technical experience in formulation combined with sophisticated instruments in Condoroil lab, allowed to develop, in cooperation with the customers, excellent releasing agents called ALLILEASE.
Allilease series is divided into products for diecasted aluminum and nonferrous light alloys, and products for stamped zamak. These are synthetic, semi synthetic and waxy releasing agents, solvent based or waterborne.
These last, thanks to raw materials of last generation, allow to dramatically reduce fouling caused by product residuals that generally remain on the finished products, avoiding heavy cleaning steps and reducing working time and costs.
All Condoroil's products can be studied for spray applications, airless or mixed air, centralized or single systems, recirculation pump, according to customer working needs.
