Calmec Precision Ltd has already confirmed its participation in Interwire 2025, which will be running in Atlanta (Georgia, U.S.A.) from May 13 to 15. The Canada-based producer of engineered armoring solutions will welcome visitors at booth 1949.

Calmec experts will be pleased to showcase the CT1-32 interlock armoring machine to produce round interlocked armored cables in a continuous operation. Thanks to the sophisticated technology provided by Calmec, CT1-32 offers optimal motion control, superior tooling design, and the latest in HMI product recipes.

The machine has easy-to-set-up parameters that can be checked through a color touch screen operator interface.  

The CT1-32 provides high production speeds (maximum spindle speed 1200 RPM and maximum line speed 12 MPM) and an improved manufacturing process. No slip rings, gearboxes, or differentials guarantee reduced maintenance.
