All lines can process a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including PVC, PE, XLPE (monosil or sioplas), HFFR, TPE, PP, and EPDM. Elav’s solutions ensure superior operating speed, precise process control, and flexibility in managing color changes or cable composition.
Modular line configuration
Elav lines use modules that can be customized according to layout, product type, and customer specifications, reducing setup times and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Pay-offs: single or double cone (SDF), cantilever (SCT), sliding arms (SSM), and portal type (SPT)
• LCE series extruders: diameters from 80 to 150 mm, for insulation, filling, sheathing, or skin
• Dosing systems: volumetric, gravimetric, batch systems for complete compounds, and high-precision liquid silane dosing (patented Si-Jet®)
• Extrusion heads: single or co-extrusion, configurable

Insulation extrusion lines
Ideal for the primary insulation of low-voltage building wire cables, these lines can be configured in Coex 2, 3, or 4 versions with striping, skin, and optional rapid color change.
