Rod breakdown machine for aluminium and aluminium alloys wire

The machines are available in multi motor non slip or two motors slip type.
The wire can be round trapezoidal or Z shaped.
Lines are complete with basket coilers, dual automatic spoolers and single spoolers.

Non slip version is driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor for each drawing capstan, to adjust specific elongation freely. This makes them suitable for drawing all kinds of material characteristics and profile wire. Equipped with PLC and touch screen controls, these machines can be conveniently operated by workers.
