Lukas shows what true size is: pay-off/take-up portal for plastic hoses rewinding

Lukas Anlagenbau GmbH, the Bavarian manufacturer of quality components and systems for the wire industry shows true size. This time it is a combined portal pay-off/take-up for rewinding of plastic hoses. The shown arrangement realizes winding speeds of 10 m/min and reels weighing up to 40,000 kg. The reels have a diameter of 3.2 m and widths from 1.5 to 12 m are possible. To capture the range of reel widths, the second pillar is arranged to be movable on the telescope.
