Introducing VR: a digital journey to the core of Maillefer Smart Factory

The Virtual Reality application that premiered at Interwire 2019 in Atlanta allowed visitors to experience the industrial environment like never before: guided by an expert from Maillefer and featuring techniques such as visualized data, real-world audio and 3D animation, the CV line tour took us to the core of a full scale digital model of a complete production line, set in the surroundings of a real-world cable factory.

At wire Russia 2019, which will be held in Moscow from June 18 to 20, Maillefer is taking the Smart Factory to a higher level. The next step in the digitalization of manufacturing, the VR application, will allow visitors to simulate different production parameters and set-ups applicable in Maillefer factories.
