Proteco looks to the future between wire Düsseldorf and new orders

Proteco confirms a phase of strong expansion and prepares to play a leading role at the next edition of wire and Tube Düsseldorf, one of the benchmark events for the global wire and tube industry.

At the trade show with complete solutions for cable production

In Düsseldorf, Proteco will present its vision focused on complete, high value-added plants. The spotlight will be on CTC and VCTC lines, as well as taping lines, technologies that have long represented the core of the company’s offering for cable manufacturers.

These solutions are engineered to ensure high finished-product quality, production continuity, and full customization according to specific application requirements. Proteco promotes integrated plant configurations designed to support structured growth paths, from process optimization and energy efficiency to increased output and production flexibility.

This approach addresses a market that increasingly demands reliability, scalability, and a long-term investment perspective, both for greenfield projects and for the revamping of existing cable production lines.

Growing orders and international expansion

2025 marked a very positive year for Proteco in terms of order intake. The company secured contracts in Brazil, China, India, Italy, Korea, Poland, Slovakia, Turkey, and the United States, totaling around 20 orders, including standalone machines and complete new lines.

Several projects have already been delivered, while the remaining supplies are scheduled throughout 2026. The current order backlog guarantees production continuity through mid-2027, confirming a balanced mix of long-standing customers and newly acquired clients in strategic markets.

Focus on India, aftersales, and spare parts

India represents one of the most dynamic markets, with strong demand for new CTC lines in a highly competitive environment characterized by aggressive Chinese suppliers. To manage increasing volumes, Proteco is strengthening its operational structure and enhancing aftersales services.

At the same time, demand for spare parts is growing steadily. This trend confirms the strategic importance of a structured post-sales support system, capable of assisting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their cable manufacturing plants, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Meet Proteco at wire Düsseldorf
