PS Costruzioni presents new tilter for reels
PS have the pleasure to announce a brand new “Tilter for reels”, which both facilitates the operator’s work and makes it safer. The tilter can be placed underground (recommended solution) or just placed on the floor. This unit consists of No. 2 electro-welded frames, duly treated and painted.
N°1 PLATFORM
To be placed underground, so that the loading plan of the Reel holder cradle, is fixed at the ground level. The Reel rotation takes place by means of a gear box.
N°1 CRADLE
Designed for heavy loads. The reel, after having been placed on the cradle plan, rotates by 90° and places the reel with the flanges parallel to the floor.

Reel width: from 300mm up to 1000mm
Max reel weight: 2000 kgs
Reels rotation: by 90 °
Tilting (rotating) time: 15 secs
