Now it's ready: the new forming & welding line for HV and EHV cables by Rosendahl
Rosendahl is proud to present a new updated and revised version of the RH-W line for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage cables. The metal forming and welding line has been improved with major updates regarding the welding unit and system parameters, and now it is ready to be experienced live in Pischeldorf, Austria, at Rosendahl's headquarters.
The 42 meters line includes a non-stop inline process for forming and welding a HV or EHV cable with corrugated or smooth profile, by monitoring all system parameters.
As Rosendahl recently bought assets from Weber & Scher Mfg. Co., Inc., the US-based specialist in the field of metal-tape forming and welding, this is the first one integrating their expertise.
This cable forming and welding line is the solution for every cable manufacturer producing high or extra-high-voltage cables who wishes to get the main processes like forming, welding and extrusion from one single source.
