Rosendahl Nextrom acquires WINDAK Group in strategic cable industry move

Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH, the global leader in technology for the cable, wire, fiber optics, and battery industries, has acquired 100% of the shares of WINDAK Group, the Estonian specialist in automated coiling, packaging, and logistics solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens Rosendahl Nextrom's technological portfolio by incorporating advanced downstream solutions tailored for the cable and wire sector. WINDAK will operate as an independent business unit under its established brand, with its management team ensuring stability and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Strategic expansion and technological synergy

The acquisition of WINDAK is a key step in Rosendahl Nextrom’s strategy to broaden its technological offering within the cable and wire industry.

Following the acquisition, WINDAK will remain an independent business unit with a management structure that ensures a smooth transition. The leadership team, including Johann Jaekel and Ashley Brettell in Tallinn, Estonia, and Dan Shelander and Madis Tomson in the US branch, will oversee operations in their respective regions.
