WTM takes on the responsibility of the effect of its consumptions on the environment. For this reason, more than 1000 square meters of the factory roof have been covered with a latest generation photovoltaic system. Each solar panel can be checked and managed singularly for maximizing the power production, and the whole system can be supervised online.
With 80 kW, the power produced by this photovoltaic installation fully covers the production requirements, and the surplus produced is input and regenerated in the public energy distribution network. WTM works hard for continuously improving its technologies and equipment, but also its own infrastructure, with the aim of safeguarding the environment and creating a more sustainable production system. The company, known for the production of taping, spinning and single twist lines, waits for you at its headquarters in Padova (Italy) to show its “green” production site and its “environmentally-friendly” machines.
