WTM at wire 2026: a cable taping and a cable stranding unit on display

On the occasion of this year's edition of the wire exhibition, WTM will be exhibiting two types of machine: a cable taping unit with an integrated camera system and a single-twist cable stranding take-up.

For what concerns th cable taping process, whether processing tapes in mica, paper, plastic, polyamide, or PTFE, WTM's machines represent the most suitable solutions in terms of top-level performance. WTM's patented triple-motorized taping heads ensure production consistency, quality and reliability, at any tension required for specific applications. Moreover, its Visio System - the integrated camera system that you will be able to see on display -  allows for process quality monitoring and management in real time. 

For what concerns the cable stranding process, WTM will exhibit a high-speed single-twist stranding take-up designed for reels DIN 1000, suitable for flexible bare conductors, data, and LAN cables.

Furthermore, the support does not end with the taping and stranding processes: in fact, in addition to cable taping and stranding lines, WTM also produces cable sintering ovens and wire rewinding lines, which further expand the possibilities for industrial applications.
