WTM Automatic System to thread Cables through Vertical Ovens

Our autonomous cable threading system revolutionizes the cable feeding process in our vertical ovens, eliminating the need for manual lifting solutions by means of platforms and ladders and making the procedure safer, faster and easier.

Using a cartesian guidance system and a motorized trolley carrying the deflection pulleys, the threading device brings the pulley group down to an accessible height for the operator. Once the cable is repositioned around the pulleys, the system automatically moves the cable back on top of the sintering oven, restoring the operating configuration without manual interventions.
