When applying the polyimide tape on the copper wire, the most important thing is its perfect adhesion on the conductor.

WTM knows this and has developed a single production line that integrates both the taping and the sintering process: the punctual management of the tape tension, the appropriate regulation of the line speed, the possibility to set different temperatures in the three zones of the ovens and the presence of all the typical accessories for the realization of this product make our line the ideal equipment for the production of magnetic cables without any flaw in the application of the tape.
