WTM on camera: new single-twist stranding line for special cables

In this video, WTM showcases its new high-speed single twist stranding machine, specifically for the production of special cables with high flexibility requirements.

You can view in detail the cable fabrication process with this total back twisting stranding line, complete with 2 triple back twisting pay-off units (for a total of 6 reels) plus a DIN 400 central pay-off (optional DIN 500). The collection reel installed on the stranding unit is DIN 630 instead.

The very high flexibility of the finished product is guaranteed by the operation in total back twisting and by the high speed of the machine (1000 twists per minute for pay-offs and take-up unit).
