Gold medal to DALCOS EXN 1000 servo-electric punching machine
The DALCOS EXN 1000 servo electric punching machine has been awarded with gold medal at ITM Mach Tool exhibition in Poznan, Poland.
Dalcos has been manufacturing EXN coil punching machines with servo-electric actuation of the heads since 2011.
DALCOS EXN 1000 is the most flexible automatic coil punching system for strips ranging from 40 up to 1000mm in width with gauge from 0.3 up to 2mm. A feature of DALCOS EXN 1000 is the Vega Bi-alternate clamp feeder, based on a principle protected by an international patent. It guarantees speed and precision on all materials including the most delicate; DALCOS system also uses standard thick turret tools to ensure maximum flexibility.
