Faspar presents its sheet metal processing lines at Blechexpo 2025

FASPAR S.p.A., one of the leading Italian manufacturers of coil processing lines and part of the Simic Group, confirms its participation in Blechexpo 2025.

During the event, which will take place at Messe Stuttgart from October 21 to 24, the company will showcase its full range of sheet metal processing solutions, with a focus on next-generation cutting lines.

Slitting and trimming lines

Faspar slitting lines ensure precise, high-productivity operations, with widths up to 2100 mm, thicknesses from 0.10 to 10 mm, and operating speeds up to 600 m/min. Suitable for coils from 5 to 40 tons, these machines can process carbon steel, stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, and nonferrous metals. Configurations include high-precision shears, quick-change systems for cutting tools, and tensioning systems that ensure winding quality of processed strips, guaranteeing flexibility and fast format changes.

Leveling and cut-to-length lines

The leveling and cut-to-length lines are designed to process materials up to 2100 mm in width and from 0.10 to 10 mm in thickness. For thinner gauges, the systems can achieve capacities of up to 150 sheets per minute. They can feature straighteners, levelers, rotary, flying, or drum shears, and various stacking systems (mechanical with air cushion, magnetic, or vacuum). Trimming units, paper rewinders, paper/PVC applicators, automatic centering devices, and dimensional control systems are available to ensure consistent quality even in the most demanding operations.

Faspar is also specialized in revamping and upgrading existing lines, offering customized solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment already in operation.
