FIMI Group's strategic acquisition: advancing forward with FRANCI Spa

FIMI Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of FRANCI Spa, an Italy-based company established in 1955. FRANCI Spa is a leader in designing and building molds and equipment for the automotive industry, in manufacturing mechanical components for industrial plants and hydroelectric power stations, as well as providing specialized mechanical processing services.

The project, totaling over 7.5 million euros, has preserved sixty workplaces, securing an industrial site spanning over 10,000 square meters, fully equipped with machine tools.

Situated directly along the SS 36 state road linking the city of Lecco to Milan, this strategic asset ensures FIMI Group's continued industrial growth.
