Carlo Salvi awarded during Fastener Expo Shanghai 2016
Carlo Salvi S.p.A., specializing in the production of machinery for the cold and semi hot heading of parts from wire coils, exhibited at the Fastener Expo Shanghai, from June 23rd to June 25th, 2016.
An appointment that since 2010 up to today became the largest and most important Asian fair for the fastener market; during this last edition the exhibition has been visited by 24.597 visitors coming from 60 different countries, excited to be able to interface with 688 exhibitors distributed on an area of 42000m2.
On Carlo Salvi – Hatebur's booth, that covered an area of about 110m 2, the technicians of both companies were ready to illustrate the operation of the single die double blow header model CS 001 RF, whose peculiarities are:
· production speed up to 600 pieces per minute;
· possibility to handle wire coils with diameters from 0.6 to 3mm;
· 500 daN max cutting tonnage;
· 6000 daN max heading tonnage;
· approximate net weight of 3800 Kg.
For Carlo Salvi, the Chinese market is a fertile landscape in which looking to the future with enthusiasm. During these last years, in fact, the company entered new markets going as far as China where, after a first start-up period, it has been possible to collect good results.
“China is for sure among the most promising markets in terms of development. It is a country that, together with Japan, represents a strategic territory for us, able to offer the possibility to enter also in other countries like Thailand and, in general, into the Far East” – said Marco Pizzi, Sales & Marketing Manager of Carlo Salvi.
During the fair Carlo Salvi received the award “Excellent machine brand”, presented during the dinner organized for the “2016 Annual Award” and “The 6th Chinese screw industry summit”.
