EVIRT Italia and Meccanica PAR: an integrated industrial group is born

The company is expanding its scope beyond thread rolling machines, integrating engineering, automation, and precision machining capabilities.
This evolution includes the acquisition, completed at the end of 2025, of Meccanica PAR, a long-established company based in Vigasio (Verona), specializing in the production of custom-made components and contract machining services.
From engineering to production: an increasingly integrated manufacturing process
The addition of Meccanica PAR enables EVIRT Italia to complement its engineering and technological expertise with a manufacturing facility capable of responding directly to requirements that arise during the construction, assembly, and entire life cycle of machines and automated lines.
Special parts, modifications, accessories, and custom components can therefore be developed and manufactured more quickly. Having an in-house manufacturing facility also helps significantly accelerate the production of spare parts requested by customers, reducing lead times and ensuring prompt support for machines already in operation, while strengthening quality control, operational continuity, and after-sales service.
“Meccanica PAR’s integration into the group comes from a clear industrial vision: we want to continue growing and innovating our products while increasing not only our production capacity, but above all the speed and effectiveness of the solutions we provide to our customers”, explains Simone Farina, owner of EVIRT Italia. “Every investment we make must translate into greater speed, quality, and reliability for our customers. Our goal is to work with them to develop solutions that provide tangible support for their growth and competitiveness.”
Meccanica PAR: experience, investments, and new growth opportunities
Founded in 1989 and based in Vigasio, Meccanica PAR has been operating in the precision machining industry for more than 35 years. The company manufactures prototypes, small batches, continuous production runs, and complex custom parts based on customer drawings, with capabilities including cutting, turning, milling, boring, drilling, bending, and welding.
The transition to Meccanica PAR S.r.l. marks the beginning of this new phase. The company reports that, following the acquisition, its production workforce has increased significantly and its manufacturing equipment has been expanded with the introduction of new CNC machines, increasing production capacity, precision, and the range of machining operations that can be performed.
“Meccanica PAR retains its history, its direct relationship with customers, and the flexibility that has always distinguished the company”, emphasizes Andrea Ruzzante, former owner of the company and now plant manager. “Being part of the EVIRT Italia group also allows us to look further ahead: we can invest in people and technology, take on more complex machining projects, and provide our customers with an even stronger and more capable manufacturing organization.”
Growth that drives further growth
The integration of EVIRT Italia and Meccanica PAR brings together two complementary areas of industrial expertise: on one side, innovation, automation, and the engineering of high-performance machine tools; on the other, extensive knowledge of materials and the precision machining expertise developed directly on the shop floor.
The acquisition therefore represents another step in EVIRT Italia’s growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its organization through investments in expertise, production capacity, and technology. According to the company, revenue has grown by 230% over the past two years, with six new employees hired during 2026 to support a growing volume of international orders and increasingly ambitious technology projects.
