Ingramatic paves the way towards fastener innovation

Ingramatic, long known company in the field of production systems for fasteners and member of the SACMA Group, has recently unveiled its smallest threader, the Micro threader model RP020, W00/W000 die sizes.

Presented at Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019, this machine has been specifically designed for the high-speed production of very precise miniature screws.

This new model is equipped with the latest technologies, such as an innovative system driven by a torque motor for an ultra-precise introduction of the miniature blanks into the dies. However, the real revolutionary feature is the slide body running on the linear guides (with ball circulation skates), which ensures a very high accuracy for the rolling operation and allows a precise and reliable production.
