GV2evo and MPA14-CL: Saspi’s solutions for the aerospace industry at IFE 2026
In aerospace fastener manufacturing, using precision machinery is only one part of the equation. Having access to technical expertise, local support, and equipment for testing can be just as important. This is what Saspi will focus on during the International Fastener Expo 2026, taking place October 7-9 at the Phoenix Convention Center , Arizona.

A focus on aerospace and high-precision fastener manufacturing
Saspi will use IFE 2026 as an opportunity to meet fastener manufacturers and discuss production requirements for aerospace and high-precision fasteners.
The company will highlight two technologies in particular: the GV2evo thread rolling machine and the MPA14-CL secondary operation machine, two solutions designed for applications where accuracy, process control, and production flexibility are key requirements.
The GV2evo is Saspi’s latest-generation thread rolling platform, developed for demanding fastener production environments. The machine combines high precision with fast changeovers and advanced process control. Its fully motorized configuration includes a motorized die block with 0.01 mm adjustment tolerance, while connectivity features enable remote monitoring and production data analysis. Depending on production requirements, the GV2evo can be configured for both cold and hot thread rolling.
The MPA14-CL, meanwhile, provides a flexible platform for fast and accurate secondary operations. Its camless architecture is designed to handle different machining processes, including pointing, drilling, and broaching, making it particularly suitable for manufacturers dealing with demanding high-precision components.
From Phoenix to Saspi’s California showroom
Both the GV2evo and MPA14-CL will soon be available at Saspi’s California showroom, giving US fastener manufacturers the opportunity to see the machines in operation and carry out tests closer to their own production facilities.
