Bossi Srl proudly presents a new model of universal planar grinder for fine cut-to-size pieces, such as those used in the automotive sector. This new iteration stands out from previous models thanks to some important innovations, the foremost being the use of a chain belt conveyor.

Compared to a rubber conveyor belt, the links of the chain conveyor feature numerous holes, properly designed to secure pieces of various shapes, making the machine highly versatile.

The machining precision corresponds to a tolerance of 0.02 mm. Additionally, the grinder can be equipped with abrasive belts or brushes. Depending on the tool used, dry or wet processing can be performed. In both cases, the final result will be perfect in terms of both finish and flatness.

Bossi Srl has provided a range of accessories and technological features integrated with Industry 4.0, making the RSP grinder highly efficient. The machine is electronically controlled through a Siemens PLC - S7, with state-of-the-art software featuring a digital keypad for controlling functions and self-diagnosis in case of malfunctions or anomalies, all manageable through network connectivity.

To complete the grinding process, an additional planetary brushing system can be installed to eliminate any burrs from the cut pieces throughout the entire workpiece.
