Elestar's induction welding and bright annealing technologies take center stage at Tube 2026

From April 13 to 17, 2026, Elestar Srl will be exhibiting at Tube 2026 in Düsseldorf, the world’s leading trade fair for tube and pipe production, profiles and related process technologies. Founded in 1995, the Italy-based company has installed more than 500 systems worldwide. At Tube 2026, Elestar will present a selection of its induction solutions designed to improve energy efficiency, ensure process stability, and enhance product quality.

Induction welders with SiC technology: more power, more control, more productivity

One of the main highlights will be the output stage of an induction welding system featuring 200 kW SiC technology (compact configuration), developed to deliver high-performance results in the welding of aluminum tubes and profiles.

This solution is aimed at manufacturers looking for:

• consistent weld seam quality

• reduced energy consumption

• stable process control, even at high production speeds

• straightforward integration into existing tube mills

Thanks to silicon carbide technology, the system ensures more efficient power management, with measurable benefits in terms of thermal stability and process control. Energy savings can reach up to approximately 30% compared to conventional solutions. The system is also suitable for non-round profiles, including square and rectangular sections, and is designed for seamless integration into continuous and high-speed production lines.

In-line bright annealing for stainless steel tubes

Elestar will also showcase a section of its in-line bright annealing system for stainless steel tubes. The bright annealing process is carried out in a controlled atmosphere, typically hydrogen-based, and is intended for applications requiring high surface quality and precise metallurgical properties.

The system enables the production of tubes with:

• bright, clean surfaces

• optimized material structure

• reduced need for downstream processing

• uninterrupted production flow

Why visit Elestar at Tube 2026

Visitors are invited to meet the Elestar team at stand No. 6/C25 from April 13 to 17 to discuss available line configurations, system customization options, and possible upgrades for existing installations. Elestar’s portfolio covers production of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass tubes, with systems configurable in terms of power output, operating frequency, and inductor geometry.
