On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, Franco Cortassa, General Manager of Elestar Srl, shares a heartfelt letter addressed to all its employees, customers, and partners. A letter to those who have always supported Elestar

"It feels like just yesterday that we took our first steps, building our first induction systems. Yet, thirty years have already gone by. On Saturday, June 28, on a beautiful summer day, we gathered in Turin to celebrate this important milestone: thirty years of Elestar. It was a deeply gratifying moment, made even more special by the extraordinary commitment of our entire team, who was happy to join in on the celebration. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was further enriched by the presence of our families and the flawless organization of the event.

As we celebrated, I couldn’t help but look at the past, remembering who we were and appreciating who we have become. Perhaps, our company could have grown even more. However, growth isn’t just about revenue; it also means evolving one's mindset, adapting to market changes, and maximizing the use of all available resources.

Elestar designs and manufactures high-tech induction heating systems. Our engineers and technicians continually work on innovative solutions to make our generators increasingly reliable and efficient. Today, we are internationally recognized as a leader in the production of high-frequency welding machines using SiC Mosfet technology. Some of our key customers operate variable-frequency welding machines that, due to their technical characteristics, are truly unique worldwide.

Celebrating these thirty years was necessary: a chance to look back on our long journey and, at the same time, reaffirm our vision. Like any great team, we are ready to face the new challenges of tomorrow with the same unwavering spirit.
