Mazak stays laser focused with double showcase at EMO Hannover and EMO Encore

Mazak is set to return to EMO Hannover 2025 (September 22 to 26) this autumn, with a full-scale showcase of its latest manufacturing technologies. For a more extensive experience of its laser line up, the company will also host EMO Encore from October 21 to 24, a dedicated open house event at its Technology Centre in Cerro Maggiore, featuring live demonstrations of three additional laser systems.

Join Mazak at EMO 2025

Mazak’s stand at EMO will feature 20 machines, including 7 world premieres, 12 automation systems and 5 European product debuts. While machine tools will take center stage, laser cutting technologies will also be represented, with the new OPTIPLEX 3015 HP 20 kW serving as a world-class example of Mazak’s capabilities in fiber laser cutting.

Spotlight on the OPTIPLEX HP 3015 20 kW

Equipped with a new Mazak high-power resonator and the advanced SmoothCUT system, the OPTIPLEX 3015 HP 20 kW is engineered for high-speed cutting and outstanding performance on thick and reflective materials. This 2D fiber laser cutting machine combines intelligent beam shaping with process stability, enabling precise, high-quality results even in demanding applications. EMO Encore: Mazak’s extended laser showcase

To expand the laser technology experience beyond the EMO floor, Mazak will follow up on its presence in Hannover with EMO Encore, an exclusive open house event for both Italian and international customers. Hosted at the Mazak Technology Centre in Cerro Maggiore (Milan, Italy) from October 21-24, the showroom is designed to offer a deeper hands-on look at the laser models not displayed at the trade show. More specifically, visitors will see live demos of 4 laser cutting machines tailored to different sheet metal and tube processing requirements.

FG 400 NEO

The FG 400 NEO is engineered for laser cutting tubes and structural materials up to Ø406 mm round and 305 × 305 mm square, making it ideal for structural steel, automotive frames, and complex fabrications.
