RALC Italia debuts at IMTS 2026 and strengthens its presence in the US market
From September 14 to 19, 2026, RALC Italia will participate for the first time in IMTS – International Manufacturing Technology Show, one of the world’s leading events dedicated to manufacturing technologies, taking place at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Participation in IMTS marks a new significant milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the North American market and developing new opportunities for collaboration with local manufacturers, partners, and system integrators.
Machines and automated lines for tubes, bars, and sheet metal
With more than 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of special-purpose machines, automated lines, and integrated systems for processing tubes, bars, profiles, and sheet metal, RALC Italia will bring the latest developments in its product range to Chicago.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet both new potential customers and US companies already using RALC technologies, further strengthening the company’s relationship with the North American market, built through systems engineered around customers’ specific production requirements.
RSP 80-350, the new high-productivity rotary transfer machine
Among the key innovations RALC Italia will showcase at booth 338493 is the RSP 80-350, the new high-productivity rotary transfer machine developed to perform fast, precise machining operations on tubes and components.
The machine features a modular, configurable architecture that allows different operations to be integrated into a single automated production cycle, including cutting, facing, chamfering, and end machining.
Combining multiple operations within a single system reduces component handling time, increases productivity, and ensures high levels of process accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.
Thanks to its flexibility, the RSP 80-350 can be configured to meet specific application requirements and represents a particularly attractive solution for manufacturers seeking high productivity, automation, and fast production changeovers.

Integrated solutions for the HVAC and refrigeration industry
At IMTS 2026, RALC Italia will also dedicate significant space to its technologies for the HVAC and refrigeration industry, where the company has been active for more than 30 years and continues to invest in the development of increasingly automated, flexible, and efficient systems.
Visitors will be able to explore RALC solutions for tube cutting, machining, end forming, bending, and the automated production of coils and manifolds, as well as technologies for sheet metal processing and the manufacture of fan shrouds.
Particular attention will be given to the new generation of the fully electric Planet, developed for coil production, and the Wal-Ring Machine, RALC’s patented solution for the automated production of fan shrouds used in HVAC and refrigeration applications.
Unlike technologies designed for tube processing, the Wal-Ring Machine starts with a flat sheet metal blank and, through a controlled plastic forming process, produces the shroud with the geometry required for subsequent fan installation and assembly. This technology automates a particularly complex forming process while ensuring dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and consistent quality of the finished component.
These solutions are complemented by complete automated lines and special-purpose systems developed by RALC to integrate multiple operations into a single production process, offering customized configurations based on the component, required production volumes, and desired level of automation.
