Up to six coils, one compact system: discover TTEngineering’s latest cut-to-length line
TTEngineering is pleased to present its compact multi-coil cut-to-length line, designed for sheet metal processing specialists who require multiple materials always ready for production — with support for up to 6 coils simultaneously.
The reduced footprint, high load capacity of up to 14 tons, ease of coil handling, and zero changeover time are key advantages. In addition, all operations are carried out in full compliance with the highest workplace safety standards, and the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
The system can be operated either from a wireless handheld remote or by the main control panel to which the line is connected.
Line composition and technical specifications
The line is composed of a motorized trolley to load/unload coils onto the decoilers, an operation that can be carried out also while the line is already working.
Each decoiler is provided with a drive unit, connecting the material to a multi-level roller conveyor, which allows safe and reliable coil transportation from each decoiler to the next strip introducer.
By means of the multi-level inlet guide block, it is possible to select the coil to be introduced into the straightening unit, guiding the metal sheet through to the final shearing unit.
The system is designed to process coils max 60” wide, with thicknesses up to 2 mm, and can handle coils of different widths simultaneously, since each coil is equipped with its own automatic sheet guides.
