There are currently three models available:
TOP-S
The TOP-S is a CNC laser cutting unit designed for stand-alone applications, supporting pipe diameters from 60 mm to 600 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm, with pipe lengths of up to 1,550 mm. Powered by a fiber laser resonator ranging from 500 to 4,000 W, it offers flexibility to meet diverse production requirements.
This model is dedicated to manual loading and unloading operations, making it particularly suitable for small batch production or for workshops where space-saving and practicality are key priorities. Manual adjustment is required for the fume extraction nozzle and pipe containment rollers, which simplifies the overall design and helps reduce investment costs.
Highly cost-effective, easy to operate, and maintain, the TOP-S provides a reliable and efficient solution for versatile and compact workshop environments.
TOP 600 for ROBOT
The TOP 600 for ROBOT is a fully automatic fiber laser cutting unit designed for pipe diameters ranging from 60 mm to 600 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm, with lengths of up to 1,550 mm. It is equipped with a fiber laser resonator ranging from 2KW to 4KW, delivering excellent cutting quality and high processing speeds.
This model can be operated in manual mode or integrated with an anthropomorphic robot for fully automated loading and unloading operations. The dedicated robot interface allows seamless integration into automated production lines, boosting productivity and significantly reducing operator involvement.
Thanks to its high flexibility and automation capability, the TOP 600 for ROBOT is ideally suited for continuous, high-volume manufacturing environments.
TOP-XL
The TOP-XL is the largest model in TTEngineering’s 3D laser cutting portfolio, capable of handling pipe diameters from 76 mm to 770 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm, with a maximum pipe length of 1,550 mm. It is equipped with a high-power fiber laser resonator ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 W, ensuring precise and clean cuts even on challenging geometries and thicker materials.
Engineered for heavy-duty applications, the TOP-XL is the ideal choice for manufacturers requiring robust performance, large pipe capacities, and specialized production capabilities.
All TTEngineering cutting machines are fully autonomous and powered by the proprietary TTE-Cutting software, developed in-house to manage a wide range of standard and customized cutting patterns.
