Violi VM/MRP60D: STRAIGHTENING MACHINE FOR COMPLEX PROFILE. The straightening machine for profile mod. VM/MRP60D was designed and built to solve problems of straightening of tubes and solid bars with complex shape from drawing of ferrous , non-ferrous metals and alloys. The machine is built with two groups positioned at 90 degrees, each comprised of 7 rollers all motorized with 4 fixed and 3 mobile. The registration of lift of the rollers is controlled by motors and operated by an encoder with the possibility of handling individual or all groups together.
