Violi, solutions for cold drawing
From over 25 years, Violi Srl offers to its customers a wide range of machinery dedicated to the goldsmith production processes, designed, patented and developed with a continuous activity of research and innovation.
In the field of cold drawing, the company has developed a series of machinery able to meet the various needs for speed, length, drawing power and simplicity of use. The series is composed of hydraulic drawing benches with variable length and drawing power from 10.000 to 30.000 kg, used for the reduction of the section and thickness of tubes and bars with round or complex profile, able to ensure high quality and precision standards of the product. The last patent obtained by the company in the cold drawing field is for the hydraulic drawing bench for tubes extrusion, which can draw tubes up to 80 mm diameter, dedicated to the bangles production process.
All machines can be equipped with tapering machines, manual/motorized cross-rolling reeling machines, drawing opposite benches and all the necessary tools according to the customer’s specifications.
