Violi srl presents the new tube straightener with saw blade cut
Violi Srl has enlarged the range of straightening machines and is now ready to present its latest machine for straightening and cutting tubes: the straightening machine with saw blade cut mod. VM/MRTSA.
This machinery has been projected in order to straighten and cut tubes with diameter from 8 up to 24 mm, and complex profiles with similar section. MRTSA is composed by a pay-off reel, both motorized or clutch, with adjustment of diameter of the coil and a winch for coil lifting, a double rotating group with wheels and a dragging unit with small shaped wheels or plastic polymer rollers.
An encoder is provided in order to define the length of cutting and the saw blade cutting group has adjustable speed, controlled by brushless motor.
If required, the machine can be also equipped with a special ejecting unit for unloading of the product.
