Violi's chip processing equipment
In the field of machining, the treatment of processing waste coming from goldsmith and industrial processing is a difficult aspect companies have to manage. Very sensitive to all these aspects, Violi Srl has developed chip processing equipment that allow to turn the chips into almost solid metal briquettes using hydraulic compression technology in a small chamber. All compliant with the applicable international standards, Violi’s machines for chip briquetting are : - The chips and swarf hydraulic manual briquetter mod. VM/CIT consists in a container where residues are loaded manually and compressed by hydraulic pistons in order to get octagonal shaped briquettes of 46 or 70mm depending on the crucible used. - The hydraulic automatic compactor mod. VM/CTA0, suitable for small productions, consists in a single piston compacting system for the briquette production. The processing cycle is manual and the compressed briquette is automatically ejected outside the machine. - The hydraulic automatic briquetter for metal swarf VM/CTA’s series, suitable for medium and large production, is composed by a chamber with double hydraulic piston to compact the chip which is automatically ejected outside the machine.
