Automatic crushing mill

The automatic crusher has been designed to pulverizate ashes, burned slag and waste products that typically results from metals processing. With this ballmill, slags and wastes are ground in the internal drum until only the components which can no longer be ground are left (metal granules or big particles).
The powders results from grindable components are filtered and recovered in the lover section of the crusher.
After reversing the direction of rotation of the drum, the metal parts left inside the drum can be automatically discharged through the exhaust hole in the right side of the machine.
The machine works in a continuous cycle with an optional filling system.
The material to be treated is loaded through an inletting hole on the left side of the steel rotor.
The separator grid of the rotor is made of stainless steel. Soundproofed cabs are available on request.
